Every NASA IPTV plan includes a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason within 7 days of activation, contact us and we'll refund your payment in full — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

  1. Message us on WhatsApp, live chat or email with the email address used at checkout.
  2. Tell us briefly what didn't work — it helps us fix things, though it won't affect your refund.
  3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

After the first 7 days

Beyond the guarantee window, refunds are considered case-by-case for extended, unresolved outages attributable to us. Partial unused months on longer plans are not refundable, but we can pause a line during long travel — just ask.
